Driving into town from the N7, pass straight over the first stop street on the R303 towards Ceres and travel over Middelberg pass into the Koue Bokkeveld – home of Ceres fruits. Explore the wine farms in Ceres, Wolseley and Tulbach, or drive to Porterville and visit the Waterfall Farm (tel nr 082 8781358) to hike 22 waterfalls in 2 hours. Continue reading

From Wolfkop, drive and straight through the town onto the old gravel road towards Clanwilliam. After 26 km turn of right to Algeria. Continue past Algeria to Dwars river farm (+/- 30 mins.) where Cederberg wine farm is located and famous bushman paintings, Stadsaal caves, and 6 hour hike to Wolfberg Arch, Observatory or Maltese Cross.
